JERRY LARRABEE MD
Dr. Jerry Larrabee is a pediatrician and professor of pediatrics at The University of Vermont Children’s Hospital.  He grew up in Waterbury, Vermont and attended Harwood Union High School.  He did his undergraduate education at Williams College and went off to Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee for medical school.  From there he trained in Pediatrics at Emory University in Atlanta and stayed on as a Pediatric Hospitalist in a large Children’s Hospital in Atlanta for 10 years.  After starting his own family, he moved back to Vermont so they could grow up close to extended family… and he joined the UVM College of Medicine Department of Pediatrics where he is now Professor of pediatrics and Program Director of the residency training program.  Outside of work he enjoys running, biking, music, and activities with his four boys.

COURTNEY RILEY MD
Courtney Riley grew up in New Hampshire and spent 8 years in New York where she attended college and medical school. She is a proud graduate of Clarkson University with a bachelor’s degree in Biomolecular Science with University Honors, and a minor in Psychology. She then moved closer to the Big Apple to attend New York Medical College. She is thrilled to be closer to home now as a second year resident in the UVM Pediatric Residency Program. She has an interest in child advocacy and teaching, and she has been working towards that end throughout residency. Outside of medicine, Courtney has a strong background in singing  and has sung at Carnegie Hall as a member of her medical school a cappella group, and more recently as a member of the Bella Voce Women’s Chorus.

Scout & Company is not only our gracious host for the evening, but they will also be providing coffee and ice cream tastings for all mommas in attendance! We will also have whoopie pies from one of our local favorites Time out for Whoopie for each momma to enjoy! And we can’t send you home without a few goodies for each mom at the end of the evening (you know how we love our swag!).
