We had so much fun at our Date Night event at BEVO! We loved mixing things up a bit and letting the dads in on our events 🙂
First, thank you to BEVO for hosting the event and providing all the yummy appetizers and to our sponsors for helping make this event a reality! We know that finding child care can be one of the hardest parts about enjoying a great date night, so we were thrilled to partner with Babies to Boomers for this event to offer drop-in sitter service provided by several of their certified sitters! The kids enjoyed a fun craft and watching the Frozen while their parents were able to enjoy their night kid-free!
Besides all of the delicious food from BEVO, we got to enjoy desserts from Time Out for Whoopie, The Blooming Cupcake, and Colombian Eats Cheesecake! All of these fabulous local treats can be found at different stores around VT and online. Be sure to check out their websites for more information!
We loved getting to see and chat with so many familiar faces as well as some new faces! It is honestly one of our favorite parts about doing these events; getting to spend some time with so many of you!
We had some AMAZING raffle prizes benefiting Handle With Love VT. We were able to raise $200 for this fabulous organization that helps provide doula and post-partum services to families with financial need. A huge thank you to all the businesses that participated: Red Clover Inn, Von Bargen’s Jewelry, Essex Resort and Spa, Zinfandel Photography, North Photography, Burlington Wine and Food Festival, Shelburne Vineyards, Catamount Outdoor Family Center, Body Resolution, Evolution Yoga, Petra Cliffs, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, Heritage VT, Bitybean, Kids City, The Syrup Shop, New Duds, Bella Mink, Bare, Whistle Pig Whiskey and Beau Ties!
We finished the night off with a fabulous comedy show! We had several comedians from A Stand Up Life put on a show filled with good laughs for all. A great way to the end the night!
