We had a blast working our butts off with PULSE Cycling two weeks ago!
PULSE Cycling, in Williston, graciously opened their doors and hosted us for two special moms-only cycling sessions!
Pulse Cycling, greater-Burlington’s newest cycling studio, offers classes that are inspirational, motivational and fun in a clean space on modern well-cared for bikes. All abilities ride together (so if you are new to cycling, like most of us were) you ride independently and you go at your own speed, your own pulse. it’s your ride!
Nicole, owner/instructor, was an amazing teacher and coach. She started the class by walking through everyone on how to be properly set up on their bikes and walked around to ensure that every rider had the right fit. The class was high energy and fun and when we got to points that we didn’t know if we could go on for just one more minute, Nicole was there to help push us on. The work out was intense and hard, but we are please to report that 30 riders walked into the studio on their own, and all 30 riders walked back out unassisted!
We enjoyed a low-impact work-out, burned calories all with some amazing company!
We are thankful to Healthy Living Market & Cafe for providing us such delicious snacks to rejuvenate ourselves after the work out… people could not get enough of the french onion/yogurt dip or blueberries (just not mixed together)!
We are also thankful to Vermont Juice Co. for providing us some fresh pressed juice to go along with our snacks. People couldn’t get theirs fast enough!
A huge thank you to our Giveaway Sponsors: Vermont Juice Co., Burlington Paint & Sip Studio, and PULSE Cycling… we had some excited raffle winners!
We are also thankful to PULSE Cycling for providing all of our attendees with a special deal on packages. Many decided to sign up after trying it.
So our final thoughts? If you want a high energy, low impact work-out, in a caring environment, where you can get lost in the music and the energy of the room you NEED to try PULSE Cycling. It doesn’t matter if you are a seasoned cyclist or brand spanking new, you go at your own pace, your own pulse. We know once you try it, you won’t be able to help yourself to go back for more.
