Pulse Cycling (VT’s newest, most awesome cycling studio) is opening their doors just for us after hours!
What is PULSE Cycling? It’s a high energy indoor cycling studio located in Williston. PULSE’s classes are inspirational, motivational and fun. They are dedicated to making every rider, whether a seasoned athlete or a first-timer, feel welcome and a part of the ride experience. All abilities ride together, yet independently because you are in control of the bike’s resistance and speed: It’s Your Ride!
Indoor cycling is a low impact exercise where you can burn calories, build muscle, and relieve stress (which what mama doesn’t have stress?!). Each bike is equipped with a monitor that tracks time, cadence, and heart rate (with a paired device), so you can track your progress and set ambitious goals.
It’s your pulse. It’s about having fun and forgetting that you are working out, burning calories, and building muscle.

There will be two Sesisions:
*Session 1- 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm
*Session 2- 3 pm to 4 pm
The work-out will last 45 mintues with the first 15 minutes setting you up on the bike.
