A couple of weeks ago we gave away another mommy makeover (one of our favorite things to do)! Our winner, Renee, catches up with us today to share the details of how her day of pampering went.
This is Renee:
My name is Renee. I am 27 years old and am a full time working mommy of two. My son Aiden is 5 and my daughter Rylee is soon to be 3. My husband Jeff and I have been married for 6 years. As a family we enjoy camping, being outdoors, movie nights, anything that we can do together!
Envision Boutique and Salon
Renee’s first stop was Envision Boutique and Salon. Envision Boutique Salon recently opened it’s doors in the South End of Burlington off of Shelburne Rd.. Tu, a former hair stylist at Indigo Salon, has ventured out to start her own business and the result is stunning! This was the perfect place for Renee to receive some hair TLC. Tu gave Renee an adorable cut and highlights to compliment her new look!
Jivana Holistic Spa
Next, Renee stopped into Jivana Holistic Spa for an express facial. Nestled into the heart of downtown Burlington, Jivana offers unique spa therapies for detoxification and rejuvenation in a “green spa” environment. Their ancient and classic European spa treatments are designed to balance and cleanse the body while providing deep relaxation. Renee left after her facial feeling refreshed and relaxed, just what a momma needs!
Beatriz Jarvis- MUA
Renee’s final stop was completing her look with some fabulous makeup from Beatriz Jarvis MUA. Beatriz’s work is truly stunning and her work has been featured on Vermont Vows, Borrowed and Blue, and more! Renee hadn’t work makeup since her wedding 6 years ago, so she told Beatriz to go to town and have some fun, and the results were stunning!
Revolution Kitchen
Renee ended the night by taking her fabulous new look…
and heading to Revolution Kitchen with her hubby for a relaxing date night.
My hubby and I headed to revolution kitchen and had a fabulous meal, I had basil pesto ravioli (sooo GOOOD!!) my husband had an arugula salad and the we spilt a piece of maple vanilla cake(soooo good!). All in all it was an absolutely fabulous day and I can’t say thank you enough to BurlingtonVT moms blog and all the vendors!!
